The Music Therapist
The Music Therapist is a UK Drum and Bass DJ and producer building a growing reputation both behind the decks and in the studio. His tracks have aired on BBC Introducing, with releases on respected labels including Emcee Recordings and Korsakov. As a performer, he has appeared at Ministry of Sound and events including Innovation in the Sun, Sun and Bass and Next Hype, as well as the official after-party celebrating Jumping Jack Frost’s documentary. He has shared lineups with and supported artists including Brockie, Kenny Ken and Bailey. He was selected for the V Legacy Program, an artist development program backed by V Recordings, Bryan G and Jumping Jack Frost, helping him expand his reach within the Drum and Bass scene. His music has also received support from artists including Bailey, Brockie, Promo Zo and Chef. Drawing influence from artists such as Dillinja and DJ Marky, alongside the sounds of V Recordings and the Bristol Drum and Bass scene, his productions span rolling basslines, soulful liquid and darker amen-driven rhythms.
