The Primer
A high-energy, underground deathcore act.
Tracks5
A deathcore duo from Tallinn, Estonia. THE PRIMER first hit the scene in 2011. They wasted little time in making their presence known - releasing their debut full-length in 2013 and their first EP in 2014. What followed was silence, until 2022 when they released an EP Leviathan and two singles ad_infinitum and Decay. Following a similar pattern another EP was released in 2024 - Terminal Lucidity and now an album Perpetual Cycles of Violence. PERPETUAL CYCLES OF VIOLENCE is the band’s love letter to the genre. It honors the foundations of the style while offering something different for every song on the album. The album’s themes reflect its title; the songs cover the different cycles and sources of pain that we all go through in life and the inescapability of it all.
