Vae Solis was formed in Kryvyi Rih, Ukraine, and has been active in Wrocław, Poland, since 2016. The core of the band consists of guitarists who have been with the band since its inception, responsible for the 2020 release of their debut full-length album, "Created In The Dark." The band is complemented by a vocalist (formerly known from Daemonium, among others) and a Polish rhythm section. This lineup expansion allowed them to play their first concerts in Poland and resulted in the album "A Path Among Thorns," which is currently nearing completion. Vae Solis' music is symphonic black metal, where raw, heavy riffs intertwine with art-rock solos and calm acoustic parts, all complemented by low, death-metal growls and clean vocals. Current lineup: INFERATU - vocals NICKO WOODWARD - guitar MELCHIOR - guitar, vocals GOTHMOG - bass MESSERSCHMITT - drums
