Nächster Auftritt: Berlin, So. 25 Okt.
Ein Underground-Drone-Act aus der lokalen Szene.
Werner Durand is a Berlin-based German composer, instrument builder, and performer who has been crafting experimental drone and ambient music since the late 1970s. Utilizing saxophones, the Iranian ney, and custom-built wind instruments from materials like plexiglass and PVC, his sound merges minimalist traditions with microtonal explorations and global acoustic influences. His immersive sonic landscapes blend rich textures and hypnotic rhythms that straddle the line between avant-garde composition and hypnotic ritual.
