Formed by friends Giuseppe Taormina (guitars), Ignazio Nicastro (voice & bass), Danilo Ficicchia (drums), XENOS A.D. quickly gained recognition in the European Metal scene thanks to their impressive live attitude and performances at some of the greatest festivals in Europe (Wacken Open Air, Agglutination, Into The Grave, Area 53 among others). Their distinctive blend of lyricism about war and its horrors, combined with their relentless, neck-breaking Thrash, pays homage to the genre's golden age Gods such as Slayer, Megadeth, Kreator, Exodus and Testament as well as some of the melody and progressive tendencies of Metal Church and Death Angel. Fans of Thrash Metal can rejoice in yet another band proudly flying their Metal flag. Now, all you have to do, is experience the raw power of the fury of XENOS A.D.
