British musician Simon Green, better known as Bonobo, is celebrated for his sophisticated fusion of electronic, jazz, and world music. Raised in rural Hampshire and later shaped by Brighton's vibrant scene, he developed an introspective yet upbeat signature sound. Since his debut 'Animal Magic', he has evolved from a solo producer into a phenomenal live act, often performing with a full 12-piece band. His work frequently incorporates diverse influences like Afrobeat and Eastern scales, creating a unique position in the contemporary music landscape.
