Weekly jazz jam session hosted by Stratos featuring live improvisation and an open stage at Grow in Hackney Wick. Tickets on Mood.
Every Thursday, Stratos host a long-running weekly jazz jam at Grow, a Hackney Wick fixture since 2016. Led by Mercury Prize-nominated bassist Rio Kai alongside Dom Pusey on saxophone, Mike De Souza on guitar and Zoe Pascal on drums, the band draws from jazz standards, original compositions and spontaneous improvisation. After the opening set, musicians are invited to join the stage for an open jam session.
