Influential British post-punk ensemble New Model Army bring their poetic, politically charged sound to Melkweg this December. Tickets on Mood.
The British band New Model Army has been performing for over four decades, creating poetic and politically charged music that draws from folk, punk, rock, and metal. Named after Oliver Cromwell's revolutionary forces, the group has developed a significant global cult following. Their influential sound spans various subcultures—from post-punk and goth to metal and folk rock—as they consistently avoid being categorized by a single musical genre.
