Chuchchepati Orchestra – Der Makrograph (Dieb 13 & Patrick Kessler)
An underground, homegrown jazz night.
A special concert for a loudspeaker orchestra, giant turntable, and two performers. The Macrograph project revolves around an oversized turntable that scans custom 82.9 cm discs of various materials with a laser beam rather than a stylus, translating surface textures into digital source data for live musical composition.
