Australian siblings Angus and Julia Stone formed their musical collaboration in early 2006. Previously performing as solo artists at open mic nights, they discovered that working together allowed them to blend their individual songwriting styles with shared structures and harmonies. Their folk-influenced sound has since gained international acclaim, maintaining a homespun ethic throughout their creative process.
