farmar is the solo project of Mario Fartacek, an award-winning producer and multi-instrumentalist. After a decade of work behind the scenes on over 40 albums, he has transitioned into a solo artist. His sound blends melancholic songwriting with deep electronic production and club-inspired energy, characterized by pulsating rhythms, synths, and heavy sub-bass. On stage, his performance is a lived-in collision of guitar, vocals, and machines, offering an intense and immersive experience. Following tours supporting other acts, farmar represents a new wave of emotional live electronic music.
