Celebrated Swiss guitarist Nicolas Meier presents his World Group for the launch of his new album, Elysian Drift. Known for his virtuosic technique and a unique style that blends jazz with Turkish, flamenco, classical, and rock influences, Meier has built an international reputation over a career featuring more than 30 albums. This special performance showcases his latest compositions alongside favourites from his extensive catalogue, promising an evening of global sounds and dazzling improvisation. Meier is especially noted for his work with the late Jeff Beck and his use of unconventional instruments like the fretless guitar and the 11-string Glissantar.
