An underground folk night.
James Brute celebrates the release of his debut solo album Move To The Ghost with an intimate headline show at SJQ in Dalston. The solo project of former The Brute Chorus frontman James Steel weaves together themes of memory, displacement, and longing through a distinct blend of folk, post-blues, and alt-Americana, combining acoustic and electric guitars with vintage drum machines. Support for the evening comes from acclaimed songwriter Laura Fell.
