ECSTATIC DANCE WILD HEART
A danceable, underground ambient night.
Ein immersives Bewusstheits-Tanztreffen mit eklektischen Rhythmen und Klangheilung in der Rampe70. Tickets auf Mood.
An invitation to reconnect with the part of you that is instinctive, alive and untamed. Through movement, music and authentic connection, we explore what happens when we loosen control, drop expectations and allow the body to lead. Wild Heart is about courage, freedom and expressing what is real — without needing to perform, impress or get it right. What to expect includes a warm-up and playful exercises, ecstatic free dance, uplifting music, and a conscious community, concluding with optional sound healing and a closing sharing circle.
