Half Light - Abul Mogard & Marja De Sanctis, Rafael Anton Irisarri, Concepción Huerta

HALF LIGHT brings together four artists operating at the intersection of sound, visual arts, and perception for a cohesive, single-arc evening. Italian composer Abul Mogard and Brazilian video artist Marja de Sanctis present the audiovisual premiere derived from the album Quiet Pieces. Ibero-American composer Rafael Anton Irisarri performs a solo set of bowed guitar and reverberating drones inspired by Points of Inaccessibility, while Mexican sound artist Concepción Huerta opens with a live tape manipulation and feedback performance.
