Toki-O Nights: Powered by Technics
An underground disco night.
Mad Cats hosts another edition of Toki-O Nights, a listening bar series inspired by Japan’s kissaten culture. Taking to the decks is London-based DJ, multi-instrumentalist, selector and record enthusiast Euan McGinty, known for eclectic selections spanning dubbed-out disco, sunlit samba, and Japanese new wave. Featuring hi-fi sound from Technics and Toki Highballs served throughout the evening, the event recreates the intentional, relaxed atmosphere of Japanese listening bars.
