Oren Ambarchi's new Drag City album Cooked is celebrated with an exclusive listening session and album launch at Betonhalle. The evening features a discussion on the creation of the album with Ambarchi and music critic Peter Margasak, alongside a screening of the piece Sleight Of Hand by filmmaker Maximilien Luc Proctor. Cooked is a landmark in Ambarchi's discography, bringing his unique cuckoo sensibility into his high-profile solo work. It blends studio jams with contributors from around the globe into two epic pieces that remain open, spontaneous, and intuitive.
