An underground jazz night.
Flushing Town Hall’s Monthly Jazz Jam welcomes professional jazz musicians, students, educators, and serious hobbyists to play together. This session honors military veteran musicians, drawing inspiration from iconic figures like John Coltrane, Tony Bennett, Glenn Miller, Josephine Baker, Harry Belafonte, and B.B. King. The jam is led by Carol Sudhalter, with Joe Vincent Tranchina on piano, Eric Lemon on bass, and Scott Neumann on drums.
