The Sound Healing Symphony brings together approximately one thousand attendees for a massive meditative sound bath experience inside Grace Cathedral. Conducted by Guy Douglas and accompanied by an ensemble of musicians, the performance weaves together gongs, crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, Celtic harp, cello, Native American flutes, and vibraphone. Guests are invited to lie down or sit comfortably to experience an immersive sonic journey designed to induce deep relaxation and clarity.
