DISAPPEAR uses the gong to guide the mind out of chaos and into a state of stillness and expansive energy. Multi-instrumentalist and sound practitioner Samer Ghadry leads this Durations session, drawing on nearly a decade of study in sound meditation, acoustics, and energetic healing. This performance is part of the fifth edition of the DURATIONS Festival, a week-long multi-disciplinary celebration of sound featuring music, talks, and audiovisual works across venues in NYC.
