Celebrate the New Year at De Doelen with the Rotterdam Philharmonic Orchestra performing Strauss classics and modern festive surprises.
A sparkling New Year’s concert featuring the Rotterdams Philharmonisch Orkest. The program celebrates tradition with Strauss’s famous waltz classics, including The Blue Danube and the Fledermaus Overture. Alongside these beloved polkas, the orchestra performs festive surprises from modern composers, including the Dutch premiere of Lachenmann's Marche fatale, bridging the gap between classical heritage and 2027.
