Pianist and composer Phillip Golub celebrates the release of Loop 8/9, his album on Greyfade, with a live performance of two microtonal works for keyboard, vibraphone, electric guitar, and modular electronics. Exploring custom quarter-tone and just-intonation harmonic frameworks, the ensemble navigates structured cycles with real-time collective improvisation.
