Noisecore-Events dieses Wochenende in London

Noisecore emerged during the 1980s as a chaotic fusion of hardcore punk and harsh noise, prioritizing dissonant textures over traditional melodic structure. Typical instrumentation features heavily distorted guitars, aggressive percussion including unpredictable blast beats, and visceral, often unintelligible vocal performances. The genre is defined by its extreme tempo shifts and brief, explosive song lengths that create an atmosphere of nihilistic aggression and auditory overload. As a bridge between grindcore and pure noise, it rejects conventional rhythmic stability, positioning it as one of the most abrasive and uncompromisingly experimental sonic subcultures within the broader extreme metal and underground punk musical continuum.
