Full On-Events in Zurich

Full On is a high-energy subgenre of psychedelic trance that emerged in the late 1990s, gaining significant popularity in Israel before spreading globally. Characterized by a relentless tempo typically ranging between 140 and 148 BPM, the genre is defined by its signature rolling basslines and intricate, layered melodic synthesis. It utilizes high-fidelity digital production to create a powerful, euphoric atmosphere, often featuring dramatic builds and climactic drops that differentiate it from more minimalist psychedelic styles. Semantically, it represents the bridge between the organic roots of Goa trance and the polished, peak-time sounds of modern psytrance, emphasizing driving rhythms and harmonic complexity for maximum dancefloor impact.
