Beautiful colour palettes and some well delivered gags but there’s something so unnerving about an animated short that lacks so much confidence it needs to have live-action photo graphics of its voice acting stars plastered over the opening introduction. Maybe that’s an extremely ungenerous reading, but it just shouted “no seriously, we’re not a dumb cartoon, we have flesh and blood STARS attached” to me.

This is the multimedia true story of a young man who met his “boss’s boss’s boss’s boss” and the President of Ireland while high as a kite on ketamine. Nothing makes me laugh like drugs-gone-wrong stories (if your story involves the phrase, “So then I called the cops on myself,” then I WANT TO HEAR IT), so needless to say I found this very funny. Chris O’Dowd and Aisling Bea provide voices for this story that went viral on Twitter years ago. Both this and Zola show that Twitter used to be a great place for movie ideas.
