This movie feels incredibly flat, playing out more like a medium paced serial. I couldn't find anything genuinely interesting in the story, which relies heavily on what comes across as an outdated, lightweight melodrama. Because of the overall lack of depth and excitement, I honestly found myself getting irritated at several points while watching. Ultimately, it just fails to deliver an engaging experience.
