75Wickedly atmospheric and consistent trio of stories in this spooky anthology film. Had a blast with the wraparound segment as well. Can't go wrong with this as a slice of campfire fun.
Regie John Harrison

"When I was a little girl this was my favorite book!"The meat for Deborah Harry's Dinner Party tells her three horror stories (and no, James Woods has not given her anything to smoke ... well that I know of?)Story One: Lot 249Christian Slater, Steve Buscemi and a Mummy ... nuff said!Story Two: Cat from HellJackson Galaxy sorry I mean Hit-man Halston has taken on a hit job by Drogan (Uncle Lewis from Christmas Vacation) and wealthy owner of a pharmaceutical company to dispose of a black cat that won't leave his house.humorous situations ensue, then death.Story Three: Lovers VowPreston, a struggling artist is given one job after witnessing a monstrous gargoyle rip the head off a local bar owner ... That job is to never talk about Fight Clu ... sorry I mean not to say anything about what he's just seen with the head ripping off and everything.Do you think Preston can do it? (well what do you think?)"You told that very well"Entertaining horror anthology with the Lovers Vow story being a favorite (could be something to do with having 80's lovely Rae Dawn Chong in it? ... it certainly helped!)But also having the three stories intertwined with lashings of Kentucky Fried Debbie further helped it!
there's a young steve buscemi, gargoyles, a killer cat, and plenty of gore. what's not to love?
