More Kogonada. The way this man thinks about movies lights my brain right up.There need to be more works comparing and examining different cuts of the same film. In five minutes, Kogonada gets so much information about how movies work and how different editing strategies embody different filmmaking strategies out of just one film, edited two different ways. This is brilliant stuff.
That's it: I'm going to be a filmmaker.
I can watch Kogonada's videoessays all day, but im gonna take this one with me when i die.
