Raised on pop punk by her foul-mouthed Italian mother, with a poetic tongue stoked by deep-set suburban existentialism, Abby Kenna’s cynical, but sincere alt-pop sound was born. After a resounding independent success with her debut EP, Spit!, nearing 400,000 streams without editorial support – Kenna’s cult following grows by the day as listeners thrive in her vulnerable vulgarity.
