Bruise Bath

Born out of the cavernous atmosphere of Philadelphia, Bruise Bath crafts fittingly dark noise rock from the deepest depths of despair. The overwhelming confusion of the modern era sets the stage for the band’s unique blend of doom, noise, and gothic rock. The project initially began life as the brainchild of mutli-instrumentalist and songwriter Zak Krone (Guitar/Vocals), who created gloomy compositions; inspired by the stark sounds of acts such as Mount Eerie and Slint. The current incarnation of the band featuring Daniel Merchant (Baritone Guitar), Gab Landrum (Vocals), Jackson Miller (Drums), Nick Shellenberger (Bass), and Aaron Pekar (Guitar/Vocals) marks the birth of a true collective unit. Heavy, psychedelic soundscapes consisting of textured vocal harmonies, inventive guitar interplay, and a crushing rhythm section ooze out from blaring amplifiers, evoking a looming monolith of dread.
