Ντόπιος, underground καλλιτέχνης shoegaze
Queens-based 4-piece, Bummer Camp, return with a swirl of grunge-gaze intensity that’s raw, melodic, and deeply human. With their new single “Ocean,” arriving November 18th, the band unveils a more nuanced evolution of their signature sound. Voice of the band, Eli Frank, explores fragility beneath the surface, revealing how suppressed emotions and performative strength often collapse under their own weight. “Sometimes I try to drown my thoughts deep down, but it never really works,” Frank reflects. “‘Ocean’ speaks to that deceptive confidence we sometimes project — it may pass the superficial eye test, but the reality is it’s as good for you as drinking salt water.” “Ocean” out everywhere via Trash Casual, November 18th.
