Candy & The Kids’ "Exercise Caution" is their second release of 2026, following the February drop of their first single, "Time Bomb". Previous to these, in 2024 the band released a cheekily named collection of reimagined cover-songs called "The Cover-Up". Look out for a forthcoming full length release this summer. “Exercise Caution” strikes through modern life’s technology enabled ambivalence; forcing you to make noise rather than get lost in it. The sound builds from an incessant dance groove into distorted chaos delivering the grit that the grid has been missing, warning listeners that the floor might drop out at any second.
