COIDO is an artist all about engineering bold new sound worlds. Previously producing drum and bass under the Disprove alias and drawing on a lifetime of collecting sonic data, COIDO pulls from techno, Jersey club, breakbeat, global groove and much more. His discography spans pioneering labels such as Yuku, Nerve Collect, Wellstreet records, Exit and Vision recordings, and inside the record bags of artists such as Jamie xx, Ivy Lab and D Bridge. The COIDO sound sits in a space-time playground that imagines a new future for club music. Recent notable shows include Open Ground, Tresor x Exit Records, Rinse FM’s 10 Year celebration at OXI, and an All Night Long in Manchester’s SOUP as his UK debut. He’s also a resident on the prestigious Rinse FM.
