Elena Leoni is a singer and songwriter based in Athens, who also plays the cello and the harp. She has collaborated with many important greek artists such as Marina Satti and Natassa Bofiliou. Her first solo music project combines elements from many different genres, such as greek folk music, rebetiko and entechno, with trap beats and the lyrical sound of the cello and the harp. She has also studied Sculpture at Athens School of Fine Arts. Elena’s discography reflects her unique artistic identity and her continuous exploration of sound. She debuted in 2023 with ELA, a track that introduced her signature blend of traditional melodies and contemporary production. In 2024 she released GYNAIKA, a powerful collaboration with Natassa Bofiliou, Martha Frintzila and Kora Karvouni, celebrating female voices and storytelling. She continued with ZEIBEKIKO, a bold reinterpretation of the classic Greek rhythm through her personal aesthetic, followed by her newest release, VROHI, where her voice, guitar and cello meet urban soundscapes to create an intimate and atmospheric sonic world. Elena Leoni stands out as an artist who bridges genres, disciplines and eras, shaping a musical universe that is deeply personal, modern and rooted in Greek tradition.
