Gini Brown

Gini Brown is a German-American alternative rock artist known for her raw voice and emotionally charged lyrics. Born in New York and raised between Germany, Romandy and Zurich, she first discovered her love for music through acting and performing musicals and started writing her own music when she was 16. After studying Environmental Sciences and working as a scientist, she quit her job to pursue her dream and never looked back. The earliest support for her dream was by her late friend and mentor Claire Braun, whose legacy lives on in Gini’s name. Since then, she’s built her sound together with guitarist Sabina Brunner and is on a mission to bring female-fronted rock back to the spotlight. Gini has already made it onto major playlists like Fresh Finds GSA, been featured by Diffus magazine as an artist to watch, and is working on her debut EP (set for early 2026) together with multi-platinum producer Benji Alasu and famous producer & engineer Partik Majer (who amongst others produced Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds & Nina Hagen).
