Greyborn is the messenger of this mass disenchantment, providing its corrosive, disturbing, but highly hip-swaying soundtrack. Their decadent brand of heavy rock feeds in the world's darkest corners and follows its own rules, and you won't help but get struck by its lyricism, taking the form of a both hopeless and poetic political satire. Les espoirs d’une génération hédoniste volent en éclats alors qu’ils se heurtent au déclin programmé de notre civilisation. Greyborn se fait messager de cette désillusion de masse, en y apposant une bande-son corrosive mais dansante, comme prenant aux tripes. Le heavy rock froid et décadent du trio évolue dans la noirceur, suit ses propres règles et se pare d’un lyrisme rare, prenant la forme d’une satire d’anticipation aussi poétique que fataliste.
