Καλοδουλεμένος καλλιτέχνης country
From the moment his Papaw handed him a guitar at age five, Greylan James knew music was his calling. Raised in Knoxville, Tennessee, Greylan chased that dream everywhere—from tailgates and patios to dive bars and hometown shows—before moving to Nashville at 18 to pursue songwriting full-time. His leap of faith paid off quickly when he signed a global publishing deal with UMPG in 2018. Since then, Greylan has become one of Nashville’s most celebrated young songwriters, penning hits for Kenny Chesney, Morgan Wallen, Jordan Davis, and more. In 2020, Chesney recorded Greylan’s “Happy Does,” which became a Top 5 single. He later co-wrote Jordan Davis’ “Next Thing You Know,” earning Song of the Year at the 2024 ACM Awards, along with a BMI Award and CMA Song of the Year nomination. His catalog has amassed hundreds of millions of streams. Now, Greylan is stepping into the spotlight as an artist. His 2025 release “Water at a Wedding” captivated fans with a surprise twist and is currently impacting country radio, leading to three follow-up songs that completed the story. With over 200 million views across platforms and more music on the way, Greylan James is just getting started. Greylan has toured with Old Dominion, Cole Swindell, Scotty McCreery and more.
