Hannah Peel
Hannah Peel is a Northern Irish artist, composer, producer and broadcaster. Her solo record career includes the shortlisted 2021 Mercury Music Prize electronic album, ‘Fir Wave’; The UK Chart No.1 Classical Album ‘The Unfolding’ written for The Paraorchestra; and the space-themed Mary Casio: Journey to Cassiopeia, scored for synthesisers and a 30 piece colliery brass band. Since her Emmy-nominated score for Game Of Thrones: The Last Watch, Hannah has scored numerous TV shows, Theatre and films. In 2023 she was awarded an Ivor Novello Award for her score to the SKY drama series ‘The Midwich Cuckoos’. Her soundtrack to London’s National Theatre ‘Dancing Art Lughnasa’ show, is out now. Hannah is a regular collaborator with other artists inc, Paul Weller. In 2018 she conducted and wrote all the orchestral arrangements for his shows at London's Royal Festival Hall and orchestrallly contributed to his Number 1 albums, 'On Sunset' and 'Fat Pop’. Hannah is a regular presenter on the BBC Radio 3 show, Night Tracks
