Hailing from Sydney NSW, Headstrong combine the raw energy of Melodic Emo with the fast-paced rhythms of Pop Punk to create a distinct and unique sound. 
 After releasing Distant to great success on Dreambound and Spotify’s Pop Punk's Not Dead Playlist, Headstrong spent much of beginning of their career showcasing their raw energy live supporting bands like The Dangerous Summer, Aburden, Whatever, Forever, Between You & Me, The Beautiful Monument, Stepson, Belle Haven and Yours Truly. 
Now Headstrong have released their highly anticipated debut EP Space to Heal, featuring tracks "Who You Used to Be", "It's Fine" & "Space to Heal" (featuring the vocals of Bloom's Jono Hawkey). Fresh off an Australian east coast tour with The Beautiful Monument and Eat Your Heart Out, the Pop-Punk 4 piece finished off 2023 in style playing a headliner EP release show in September, before opening for Taking Back Sunday at the Princess Theatre in Brisbane at the end of the year. Coming off a 2025 that involved supporting huge international acts such as Yellowcard, Tiny Moving Parts & Sweet Pill, Headstrong are looking to close out the year with a highly anticipated brand new release, stay tuned!
