🦋 East London’s Idele creates R&B Soul music influenced by old school Soul and R&B as well as mainstream pop and rock artists. In 2025, Idele was BBC introducing’s step up artist of the week, her single “Slow Down” was the BBC 1Xtra track of the week and she has received support from legendary producer Timbaland who has hailed her rich and unique tone on his live streams. Her debut EP ‘I wish I never knew you’ was released on March 14th and the two lead singles have been featured on Spotify’s Fresh Finds R&B editorial playlist. Idele recently performed at the very first SXSW London and at Royal Albert Hall for the late night jazz series with Blue Labs.
