Johnny Boy was born in Athens, Greece, and has resided in Elefsina throughout his life. Elefsina, an industrial city, significantly influenced his artistic perspective, fostering his deep connection to hip-hop through its distinctive urban landscape. He began creating music, predominantly in the hip-hop genre, at the age of 17. From the outset, it was evident that music would be his lifelong pursuit. His debut album, The Worms, was released in collaboration with his group, also named "The Worms," in the early 2000s. This was followed by a second album, Kaka Paidia, in 2008. In 2009, Johnny Boy embarked on a solo career, adopting the stage name under which he continues to perform. As a multifaceted artist, he produces his own music and writes his own lyrics, maintaining creative control over his work. The moniker "Johnny Boy" was inspired by the legendary blues musician Sonny Boy Williamson
