Best known as the lead vocalist for Stereolab, Laetitia Sadier has been performing as a solo artist since 2003, first under the name Monade. 3 long players were released under that name Socialism ou Barbarie (1998), A few Steps More (2005) and Monstre Cosmic (2008). She subsequently released four acclaimed albums under her own name, Laetitia Sadier. Her latest album, Find Me Finding You, is credited to Laetitia Sadier Source Ensemble. An iconic figure in contemporary music, Laetitia’s musical conception fuses French pop, indie rock and film scores, with her hypnotic vocals and humanist/political lyrics foregrounding the assembly with an immaculate, righteous serenity.
