In 1965 at just 13 years old LORRAINE SILVER recorded LOST SUMMER LOVE. She got a recording contract from PYE Records by having the guile to walk into their building with an acetate she had just made in a do it yourself booth in Woolworths. Whilst not a chart hit on its release the track did become a massive anthem at the iconic Wigan Casino .It was reissued on the Casino Classics label in the late 70's selling in excess of 30,000 copies. Lorraine is now touring on a regular basis as guest vocalist with the UK's No 1 Northern Soul Band THE SIGNATURES. She released 3 singles in 2018 STANDING AT THE INTERSECTION 2021 FEVER RAGING OUT OF CONTROL 2022 SUNNY DAY .Now in 2026 she has recorded a brand new 16 track album REIMAGINED with top record producer IAN LEVINE and the first single from this is I'LL BE YOUR NUMBER ONE "
