Marc Prochnow

Marc Prochnow was born in GDR border town to Poland Frankfurt (Oder). Growing up in the eastern part of Germany he makes his first experiences in electronic music with the 90’s Techno and Drum’n’Bass music. Since his motto is, that there is in nearly every music genre - some kind of good music - he becomes highly influenced from a broad variety of genres. His deep love for music takes also place in several club visits in his hometown and nearby Berlin. From his early stages on he has a passion for dancing and clubbing that remains till today. He was quite on the move and spend some years living in Cologne and Hamburg experiencing a diverse club life there. On his first visit to „Nation of Gondwana“ festival near Berlin he experienced a total new world of electronic dance music and felt instantly in love with it. There was only one city worth living: Berlin! Astonished by the broad variety of clubs and venues he got to know and become friends with several DJ’s and is highly interested in the creation of sets. After watching his befriended DJ’s over the shoulders and having several conversations about the creation of sets he started in October of 2012 to produce his first self created mixes.
