Marisol Redondo has had a lengthy musical career, developed on a variety of stages throughout Europe & South America, since her childhood. She recorded her first single and made her television debut at age 12 in Montevideo, Uruguay. After moving to Spain, as part of the musical group Hermanos Redondo she performed in various venues and theatres before beginning a solo career at age 20, singing and composing in Catalan. She won several awards and performed on prestigious stages, such as the Palau de la Música and the Poliorama Theater in Barcelona Spain. In 2020, she was a semi-finalist in the televised competition The Voice of Switzerland and took second place in the Punta del Este International Song Festival (Uruguay), representing Switzerland among 18 other participating countries. She has performed at iconic venues such as the TAK Theater in Liechtenstein, the Teatro Español in Azul Argentina, the Teatro Sodre in Montevideo, Uruguay, the Volkshaus and the Stok Theater in Zurich, Switzeralnd, always accompanied by internationally renowned musicians from Uruguay, Cuba, Brazil, Colombia, Germany, Switzerland, Hungary, Italy, and Argentina. Marisol has released four albums: El día que me quieras and Volver, and as a singer-songwriter, A la deriva and Piruetas. In 2026, she will release her fifth album entitled Destino Montevideo, featuring again her own compositions, which are linked to the world in which we live.
