Marvin Humes

DJ, producer, and broadcaster Marvin Humes has experienced staggering success over his 20 year career. Born and raised in South London, Marvin’s fascination with music started from an early age. After being influenced by the likes of Todd Terry, Frankie Knuckles and Masters at Work, his father, who was a DJ, gave him the chance to play regular support slots at his own shows. Marvin continued to pursue his musical passions and created LuvBug, a project that started off as an electronic dance trio consisting of himself and fellow producers White N3rd and JKAY. As well as scoring 2 x top 20 singles, 'Resonance' and 'Revive’, With a long radio career already under his belt, Marvin now presents Kisstory on KISS from 11am-1pm every weekday then heads over to the Kisstory station for two hours of “old skool and anthems.” Beyond his radio show, Marvin’s remarkable DJ and production talents have already propelled him to numerous global stages, seeing him perform throughout the UK, Dubai and Ibiza, where he has played across the island from Pacha and Hï to Ushuaia and Ibiza Rocks alongside the likes of Joel Corry, Nathan Dawe and Martin Solveig. For the Summer of 2024 he’s headlining numerous shows at Ocean Beach Club, soundtracking your Summer on the Island. Already cementing his place as a respected DJ, producer and tastemaker, Marvin Humes is well equipped in this next musical chapter for 2024!
