Mary Beth Abella's third album, “In Another Life” blended her haunting vocal style, catchy, Beatles-esque melodies, and well-crafted lyrics with lush instrumentation. The result is a delicious mix of rich, dream-like pieces that travel genres from upbeat indie pop, to sweet modern folk, to more moody, ambient songs. Recipient of the Lionel Richie Songwriting Scholarship, finalist in the Song of the Year, the award winning songwriter was also named top 10 artists by the Denver Daily News. Mary Beth Abella has appeared on and sang for television, film, and national ads, such as "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia," "Real World/Road Rules," "The League," "Old Spice," and "Hot Tub Time Machine Too," among others. Her rock poster was used in an episode of the show "House." An activist as well as musician, Abella created the first Women in Music organization in Colorado in the early 2000's, uniting and bringing visibility to the hardworking female artists in the area. She organizes and headlines the #WhenGirlsPlay showcase featuring women artists in Los Angeles. All three of her albums, including "In Another Life," "Nice Girl" & "What Happened to the Girls?" are on Spotify, Apple Music, Pandora, Amazon, www.cdbaby.com, and everywhere music is found.
