Hailing from London, Tawheed Al Amin, known better in the EDM community as msft (pronounced misfit), is an up and coming British-Bangladeshi producer who has spent more than half of his life stuck to his computer monitor hooked on FL Studio. He never stuck to one specific genre of music that he’d listen to growing up, ranging from the likes of EDM, whilst also listening to UK Grime and UK/ US Rap but then at the same time Udit Narayan and Alka Yagnik, hence the name “msft”, not fitting in any boundaries. At the tender age of 22, he has spent years honing on his craft, ranging from Trance, Progressive House and Future Bounce to RNB and UK Drill, hence why it’s no surprise that you could say he is a jack of all trades. 2022 was the year in which he stripped his music back down to basics as he went back to his roots, reigniting a passion for producing the EDM music he loved once upon a time. With his new found love for EDM and house music in general, msft’s homecoming is only just beginning. Using all the knowledge of producing other genres, he is ready to send shockwaves across the EDM community with his unique take on the EDM music we all know and love. @musicbymsft
