Neverfell

The Budapest-based modern metal band was formed in 2021. Their diverse musical palette includes radio-friendly, melodic, rock-leaning songs as well as heavier, headbang-inducing tracks. Electronic elements also play an important role in shaping their distinctive sound. Their main international inspirations include bands such as Novelists and BMTH. The themes of their compositions revolve mainly around the individual’s confrontation with societal problems and the many emotional states that arise in the process. This emotional variety is expressed through lyrics with deep meaning, painful melodies, and aggressive guitar parts, all underscored by the interplay of soaring, emotional, and gritty vocal lines. Their debut EP, The Pendulum Monument, was released in 2024. Throughout 2024 they performed several times in Budapest alongside bands such as Evermind and Visitor, and they also played in Pécs and Szeged. Broken Wings EP was released at the end of 2025. The record explores the theme of guilt. “Breaking out of the cycle of the self-destructive urge to punish ourselves is difficult. Once we learn to forgive ourselves, we can walk the path of a new life. This is what the new record aims to encourage.” For the release, the band collaborated with producers Éden Radó (Tiansen) and Ádám Tarcsai (Tre Lunatic), while the mixing was done by József Kiss (Nova Prospect). The vocals on the tracks also feature Éden, as well as Gergely Mátis, frontman of the band ØUCH.
