Los Angeles-native Jason W. Chung, known as Nosaj Thing, has been actively releasing music and performing for over 15 years. Emerging from the vibrant DIY culture of DTLA’s punk and experimental venue The Smell, His work span genres and generations, working with icons like Kendrick Lamar, Flying Lotus and Philip Glass. Chung’s broader practice extends into film scoring, contemporary fashion, and installation work, often through his multidisciplinary platform Timetable. Recent collaborators include Eartheater, Tinashe, Toro y Moi, Eyedress, Panda Bear, Pink Siifu, Tokyo-based AV savant Daito Manabe, and Jacques Greene.
